After a preliminary analysis of applications, we will call the shortlisted Candidates. During the phone interview you will be asked about your previous professional experience and the reason behind your willingness to join our company as well as about your expectations towards us as your employer.
Further stages of recruitment depend on the position you would like to apply for. An interview is an inherent part of the recruitment process. Before the interview, we recommend you to gain basic information about the company, available on our website in the About us tab.
A part of the interview might be conducted in English if this language is required for a given position.
Recruitment for some positions may also require your participation in individual or group tasks and analytical tests conducted by our Assessment Centre. For example, you may be invited to participate in a group discussion or asked to prepare a presentation on a given subject.
If you apply for the position outside the headquarters, a “fieldwork” day spent with our Representative or Manager will be a part of the recruitment process. Before our Candidates join our company, we want them to learn about the character of work at RUCH in a given region.
Our Human Resources Department knows well how stressful a recruitment process can be. Since 2014, we have been a member of the Friendly Recruitment Coalition. We do our best to create good atmosphere and conditions which will allow you, as a Candidate, to present your best assets. During every stage of the recruitment process, you will be provided with feedback about your performance.
Regardless of the outcome, the participation in the process itself can be a valuable experience which will allow you to know better your own strengths and possible areas for further development.
