RUCH provides professional and comprehensive logistic services, including warehousing, storage and picking of products. Flexibility and individual approach towards customers are our assets. We perform the tasks we were entrusted with by our contractors in a manner which ensures the highest quality. Our experience and work system which we have shaped for years allow us to enhance the efficiency of the implemented warehousing processes and significantly increase the price competitiveness of our company in relation to the market prices. In order to make the work in the warehouse more effective, we use modern IT and technological solutions which support the ongoing processes. We use a specialist software for warehouse management and our customers have online access to the platform, thanks to which they can e.g. track the level of task completion, check the history of operations and gain insight into the warehouse records of their products.

Retail packaging is one of the elements of our company’s operation which we have been implementing since the beginning of RUCH. It perfectly complements standard warehousing operations which we provide to our customers. As a part of the retail packaging service we mainly offer:

• packaging of individual items into sets in accordance with the customer’s order,
• repackaging of individual products, dividing LCL goods,
• making promotional sets, advertising displays,
• wrapping or solid protection of any product by using a shrink wrap,
• inserting flyers, offers, manuals, promotional folders into newspapers, books, etc.
• product labelling (including label design and print),
• recovery of products, gadgets, samples,
• quality control.

As a part of our company activity, we collaborate with numerous courier firms and with Poczta Polska. They pick up deliveries for individual and business customers. Our systems automatically communicate with the couriers’ software in order to minimise the workload related to sending individual packages.

Paczka w RUCHu is one of our main distribution channels of package delivery. It is a fast and reliable postal service, created on the basis of all-Poland logistic network and RUCH points of sale. It is available throughout Poland. Paczka w RUCHu service includes:

• an opportunity to send a package from RUCH by individual customers and small online shops,
• delivery pick-ups by RUCH from the customers’ locations – the service refers to mail-order stores and online shops which send a large number of packages.

It is a perfect offer for big and small companies as well as individual Customers.

Apart from standard press packages, our cars deliver FMCG goods, courier packages and packages in other forms at our customers’ order. RUCH vehicles drive over 100,000 km every day. Thanks to such a dense transport network, we are able to reach almost every place in Poland within a very short time. Additionally, our employees, using an IT system, moderate and verify the logistic routes ad introduce necessary changes in order to fully optimise their course and reduce the costs. Such solutions allow us to offer every customer favourable conditions of pallet and LCL deliveries throughout Poland.

We also provide our customers with services connected with promotional campaigns such as a redemption service. They require our effective logistic resources and using individual solutions for our customers’ campaign. In order to achieve the intended marketing success, our customers can take advantage of our professional services of warehousing and completion of goods.

Thanks to the dynamic growth of the e-commerce market in Poland, more and more stores and retail chains decide to sell their goods online. It is significantly different from traditional trade and requires implementation of particular – diversified and custom-made – solutions, including the logistic ones. Warehousing, completion of orders and shipping to the final recipient require such organization of work of the logistics operator which enhances the process and significantly decrease the costs and shorten time of the shipment to the minimum.

As a part of e-commerce logistics, we provide our customers with solutions which will fully meet the challenges of online sales.
