FIRST DAY AT WORK

The first day at RUCH mostly means becoming familiar with the organization itself and its general way of operation. During that day, we would like you to learn the basic information about the activity of the whole company. The HR Department provides training on the RUCH structure, history of the company and the products and services on offer. Our employees are shown around the offices and introduced to the team.

The following days and weeks are extremely busy. You will be provided with an individual schedule of introductory training which you will receive during your first day at work. An office coordinator responsible for onboarding will take care of you all the time and they will offer support whenever you need it in the new environment.

dress code

When it comes to clothing, we also value a professional approach. Our dress code is something more than just a formal etiquette. It is also the belief that our appearance reflects our attitude to work and shape our image in the eyes of the customers and colleagues. Fridays are our casual days, when formal clothing is not required.
