RUCH and Benefia are launching a unique system of sale of third-party liability insurance policies in kiosks.

A customer receives a price quote in 5 seconds and the execution of the agreement does not take more than 2 minutes. Starting from September, you will be able to get a quotation and purchase a third-party motor insurance policy in selected and specially marked kiosks of the RUCH chain. All you have to do is show your car’s registration certificate to the agent in a kiosk or at the newsagent’s and you will get a quotation for the motor insurance from Benefia in a matter of seconds. If you find that the offered insurance is better than the one you are currently using, you can sign an agreement and purchase the insurance right there and then. The innovative service involves the scanning of the QR code printed on the vehicle registration certificate and modern IT solutions employed by Benefia.

The policy sales system which RUCH has developed for its customers together with Benefia is the only solution of its kind in Europe The ability to produce a quotation in 5 seconds on average required a strong integration of RUCH’S IT solutions with Benefia’s Central Insurance Handling System.
