ABOUT THE SERVICE
RUCH helps you regain control over your bills. Now, RUCH customers can top up their energy meters in a kiosk or newsagent’s store. The service is just the same as topping up mobile phones. An energy pre-paid card is a receipt with a special code which you introduce into your own meter. The cost of the top-up is PLN 3.99 only. VIA Top-ups are possible within the area operated by:
- TAURON Sprzedaż GZE
- Energa S.A.
- PGE O/ Łódź
* The service is available only to the customers with new pre-paid energy meters.
How to purchase

GIVE A METER CARD WITH A CODE TO THE SALESPERSON.
The salesperson will scan the bar code from the card.

STATE THE AMOUNT.
Inform the salesperson about the amount you would like to spend on the top-up.

The salesperson will accept the money and print a receipt with a code.
